Clean accommodation, welcoming and good staff. Absolutely perfect and spacious rooms for hotel guests. Location close enough to historical centre and Izmir center, close to Halkapinar district. Also, in the middle of the city.

Incredible base for exploring Izmir. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with very very helpfulstaff. Beautifully maintained and new-fashioned room plus a minibar, coffee, and tea/coffee. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Good service provided. Everything good!

We really appreciated our 3-night stay at Mitte Port Hotel Konak Izmir. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location was very convenient, right in the middle of Jackson. It was also adjacent to Izmir center, close to Halkapinar district, the train station, and the historical center.

The room was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the efforts made by the staff to ensure room cleanliness and provide a welcoming environment. The location of the hotel, although a bit rough at night, was convenient with nearby train and bus stations. I found it easy to reach the hotel from the airport.
I did encounter a few issues during my stay. There was a foul smell in the room, which the receptionist attributed to the norm in Izmir.

This hotel is in the best place of Izmir, right in the streets of the historical center. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Halkapinar district. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.

My recent stay in this hotel was lovely. Situated in a convenient location near the train station and in the heart of the bustling streets, it was a great base to explore the city. the room and bathroom were tidy, comfortable and well, maintained. the impeccable service extended to all guests, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the use of the on, site Manilla Spa facilities.
The hotel management initially charged me for an early check, in request that was previously accepted without additional cost.
